You're a new company. Why should we trust you?
Fair question. We don't have a long client list yet, so instead we take the risk off you: a free discovery call, a small fixed-price pilot before any big commitment, milestone payments only for accepted work, and full ownership of the code from day one. If it doesn't work out, you walk away with everything we built.
How do you handle the time difference?
We plan our working day around yours. The team is online from 10:00 to 21:00 India time, which covers most of the UK and European working day and all of the Middle East's. US East Coast clients get a morning overlap for calls, with work continuing while you sleep and a written update waiting each morning.
How are projects priced, and in which currency?
Fixed-scope projects are quoted as a single itemised figure after a free discovery call and paid in milestones. Retainers are billed monthly. We invoice in USD, EUR, GBP or AED by international bank transfer.
Who owns the code and intellectual property?
You do, from day one. IP assignment is written into the contract, work is committed to your own repositories, and all design and source files are handed over. There are no licence conditions on anything we build for you.
What about contracts, NDAs and data protection?
We sign a mutual NDA before the first detailed conversation and are happy to work on your standard MSA. A Data Processing Agreement is standard, and personal data is handled under GDPR and UK GDPR, hosted in the region you choose.
How do we communicate day to day?
In English, in your tools — Slack, Teams, Jira, Linear or email. Every engagement has a named lead, a weekly demo and a written progress update. You never have to chase anyone for status.
What if we're not happy with the work?
Milestone billing means you only pay for delivered, accepted work. Retainers can be cancelled with 30 days' notice, the pilot sprint lets you try us before committing, and because the code is always in your repositories, you are never locked in.
Can you work with our in-house team?
Yes. We're happy to work alongside your developers — following your coding standards, review process and sprint rituals, and joining your stand-ups like any other team member.
