Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data ONESITE4U collects when you visit onesite4u.vercel.app, contact us or book a call, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have. We keep it short and specific.
1. Who we are
The data controller is ONESITE4U Technologies, Chennai, India. For anything privacy-related, email hello@onesite4u.com.

We don't sell personal data, use it for advertising profiles, or make automated decisions with legal effect about you.
3. The chat assistant
The chat bubble on our site gives pre-written answers to common questions. It doesn't use artificial intelligence and doesn't send what you click anywhere. Only if you book a call through it do we receive the details you enter, as described above.
4. Cookies
We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Some services we embed may set strictly necessary cookies to work: Cloudflare Turnstile (bot protection) and Cal.com (booking calendar). The Google Maps map on our contact page loads only when you click “Show map”; Google may then set its own cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.
5. Who we share data with
We use these service providers (“processors”), each bound by a data processing agreement:

We may also disclose data if required by law, or to protect our rights in a legal dispute.
6. International transfers
We are based in India and several of our providers are in the United States. When personal data from the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland is transferred outside those regions, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (and the UK Addendum), or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and booking details: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client.
- Client records: for the duration of our contract, then as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Server and security logs: up to 30 days.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@onesite4u.com and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to your data protection authority — for example the UK Information Commissioner's Office or your EU supervisory authority. If you are in India, you have the rights set out in the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
9. Security
Access to personal data is limited to the people who need it, protected by multi-factor authentication, and transmitted over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, but we will tell you and the relevant authority promptly if a breach affects your data, as the law requires.
